Downtown Oceanside is a great place to visit!  The namesake of our street address (Pier View Way) is the historic Oceanside Municipal Fishing Pier and the Junior Seau Pier Amphitheatre.  Visitors can take a lovely stroll and even have lunch at Ruby’s, the restaurant at the pier’s end over the water.  Southern California beaches are also known for their great surf spots.  Oceanside is even home to the California Surf Museum!

Just outside our office, every Thursday, is the downtown Farmer’s Market.  Enjoy fresh produce, homemade sauces and salsas, and a variety of food-truck offerings.
